King George Seniors Affordable Housing (KGSAH) is a not for profit low income seniors 55+ housing society who oversees the day to day operations of Evergreen Place. KGSAH has a president, board of directors, secretary, treasurer, facility manager who meet on a month to month basis to see that all the standards have been met. KGSAH is also a charitable society and we make donations annually.
